Territory Sales Manager

Aquacal Autopilot Inc., the pool industries leading manufacturer of heat pumps and salt chlorine generators is looking to add to our sales team. This is an opportunity to join a first-class manufacturing organization producing products for the fastest growing product categories in the pool industry. This position entails the following:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate the pool trade on heat pump pool heaters.
  • Work successfully with our distribution partners
  • Communicate market information.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts.
  • Some overnight travel required.
  • The territory includes the state of California.
  • Grow sales within the existing dealer network of pool builders, retail stores and service companies:
  • Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales management in order to achieve the established sales goals
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
  • Responsible for the direction of all sales and business development, including market competitiveness, pricing, and process
  • Account/territory development and management
  • Performing market research using all methods available, to identify market opportunities and identify threats within assigned territories
  • Assisting with the development of marketing plans and strategies to increase sales
  • Utilizing Salesforce/ERP effectively to review and manage customer and prospect information and progress.
  • Preparing and delivering product presentations, seminars and training

Other Requirements:

  • 4 year degree preferred
  • 3 years minimum outside sales experience
  • Pool or HVAC industry experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

· Bilingual (English & Mandarin)

· PC literate (Windows Office), experience with FACTS & Salesforce, software a plus

· Minimum 2 years pool industry experience preferred

· 3 years of export sales/customer service experience

· Ability to attend company training programs, on and off campus, both in and out of normal working hours

· Attendance at monthly Team meetings

· Consistent attendance and reliability

· Compliance with established protocols and procedures

Compensation: 60,000-115,000 Depending on experience

Territory: Mid- Northern California
