Position Summary
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic brand ambassador to effectively promote and sell our hardscape product line to architects, custom home builders, paver installers, pool builders, and other b2b opportunities. You will receive a company vehicle and travel throughout the assigned territory daily meeting potential clients and servicing existing clients. We are looking for a team member who is outgoing, passionate, highly self-motivated, charismatic, personable, and adaptable. This is an incredible opportunity to enter into a growing industry and learn all the tricks of the trade.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with current customers and potential customers within a specific territory
- Assist customers by providing knowledge and training company products to their store personnel, to ensure personnel is able to present products and negotiate well with consumers
- Understand our products, our market competition, and how to position products to overcome these factors
- Manage displays, samples, and selling tools for customer availability.
- Utilize any and all marketing tools such as catalogs, brochures, and vendor collateral to broaden reach in territory and promote company product Research and analyze customer needs and demands based on market information
- Address and resolve customer claims/problems with deliveries, returns, and credits
- Attend trade shows and networking events throughout the year as assigned
- On the road 75% – 95% locally, occasionally nationally.
- Perform additional duties as required and/or requested.
