Position Summary
This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to join a great company. This position works closely with the HR Director to help continue the growth of the amazing Team Culture this company believes in. This position would help support the strategic planning initiatives needed to help build the HR services provided by the company. The right candidate for this role will take initiative to identify issues and be a proactive problem-solver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic business partner relationships, lead organizational change initiatives, and facilitate salary administration to ensure competitiveness, compliance and equity.
  •  Supervises HR Team for AquaCal AutoPilot
  • Oversee the development and implementation of staffing processes
  • Ensures legal compliance by developing policies and practices that are compatible with the Company culture.
  •  Immediately addresses out of compliance issues to prevent or minimize future legal matters.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Stays current on all state and federal compliance laws and addresses with managers and employees
  • Conduct investigations, including documentation gathering, when labor issues arise.
  • Reconciles and approves monthly group benefit invoices
  • Troubleshoots and facilitates solving of participant questions/problems
  • Ensure managers complete appraisals within the appropriate timeframe.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining KRAs for each position.
  • Other duties as assigned

Other Requirements:

  • Positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude

  • Advanced in Microsoft Office; especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • PHR or SHRM-SCP Certification required
  • 6 years of progressive Human Resources experience required; preferably in a manufacturing or other related industry
  • Proficient in HRIS software, ADP preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Bilingual a plus
