I have lost over 19 lbs since beginning coaching and am continuously losing. My blood pressure is no longer pre hypertensive.

With the help of the YMCA program and my one to one coach in the past six months I have lost 26 pounds and have been feeling great.

I am more focused, more in control of my life and better organized in all compartments of life. I feel a lot more balanced.

With my coach’s encouragement, I have learned more about my nutritional needs and ways to create healthy eating and exercise habits, as well as time management skills to reduce stress and keep a healthy work/life balance.

Lost 30 lbs thanks to my coach and the CMH program. Started with the initial goal of losing 30 lbs and the ultimate goal of changing my ways, not just my weight. Proud to say that I accomplished both.

My return on a 30 min investment once a week is so nominal compared to what my coach has poured into my life. I can’t say enough great things about the one to one program.

I now walk away from my desk to exercise once each week for 90 days. This has been truly helpful to alleviate stress and get me moving. My back, neck & shoulders feel so much better. I was taught that a workout doesn’t have to be an hour; moving several times a day can also give me a great workout.
