Position Summary
We’re inviting qualified candidates to join our dynamic sales and customer relationship management team. The ideal candidate will have swimming pool industry sales experience, be willing and able to travel, and most importantly have a desire to learn and grow. This position requires the consistent demonstration of a “Win-Win” attitude for developing long-term relationships. We welcome candidates who aim for continuous improvement in the areas of international sales, product knowledge, and personal development. Key Responsibilities:
• Account/territory development and management
• Performing market research using all methods available, to identify market opportunities and identify threats within assigned territories
• Assisting with the development of marketing plans and strategies to increase sales
• Achieving all sales, gross margin, and new business goals
• Developing marketing plans and strategies to increase sales
• Utilizing software programs including Salesforce and FACTS to manage customer and prospect information, perform report analysis and monitor progress
• Following up on sales leads, quotes and orders
• Attending domestic and international trade shows and events
• Identifying and prioritizing areas for sales travel
• Preparing for and participating in regular forecasting and planning meetings
• Actively pursue new business opportunities
• Preparing sales reports, product portfolios and samples for productive meetings
• Meeting with existing and potential customers as well as cold calling while travelling
• Contacting customers regarding quote and order updates and follow-up via phone and email
• Proactively improving knowledge of products, processes, and solutions with continuous training and education
• Ongoing professional development, including completion of the CAP program, achieving/maintaining CPO and HAZMAT certifications, attending internal company training and all vendor training

Other Requirements:
• Positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude

• PC literate (Windows Office)
• FACTS and Salesforce experience a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Language skills a plus
• Export sales experience (5 years minimum)
• Pool industry experience a plus
• Ability to attend company training programs, including seminars on campus and elsewhere in Florida, both in and out of normal working hours
• Attendance at the monthly Team meeting
• Ability to travel domestically and overseas on a regular basis
• Consistent attendance and reliability
• Positive performance reviews
• A willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
• Involvement in continuous education and training, to improve knowledge of products and processes
• Compliance with established protocols and procedures
