Position Summary
This position plays a key role in assisting managers in sourcing and hiring top A-rated teammates across all our lines of business. This position requires considerable skill in sourcing applicants for both non-exempt and exempt-level positions, interviewing, and matching candidates to the correct opportunity.
To be successful in this role, you must understand our value system, have an eye for detail, be able to handle multi-unit recruitment efforts, and have a drive for finding top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and Sourcing Applicants
  • Works closely with branch managers and business unit leaders to understand hiring needs, business issues and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high volume of open positions/requisitions.
  • Executing recruiting strategies to uncover the most qualified candidates.
  • Facilitates the opening and closing of all job postings.
  • Reviews applications/resumes for referral to appropriate hiring manager.
  • Screens and interviews candidates as needed.
  • Ability to work with different unit managers/divisions.
  • Proven track record for aggressively sourcing applicants via different avenues such as LinkedIn, active community networks, schools and universities and other community based work organizations.
  • Recruiting and sourcing CDL & HAZMAT drivers for the branches.
  • Ensures timely reporting and analysis of all recruitment activities.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education & Training:

  • High School Diploma
  • Prior 1 – 3 years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing a requisition load of at least 40+ open positions
  • Experience recruiting using social media and other online platforms.
  • Knowledgeable in the areas of Labor Laws and General HR practices.
  • Staffing industry experience or similar highly desirable, but not required.
