Position Summary
The right candidate for this role is a team player with a creative mind and a good eye for web and eblast atheistic and functionality. Should enjoy creating for interesting and efficient user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Website Design- Work with business leaders to redesign existing websites as needed
• Publish all content to websites with high-quality design and thought for superior user experience
• Adhere to Team Horner branding guidelines and brand-specific guidelines for all Team Horner sites
• Create high-quality, professional eblasts in a timely manner adhering to due dates
• Work with Web & Digital Marketing Administrator to optimize the effectiveness of eblasts for potential adjustments
• Complete requests submitted by teammates, including eblasts, surveys, form creation, website updates, landing pages, etc. to ensure timely delivery and quality completion
• Maintain professional marketing designs and user experiences that elevate the caliber of our company and use professional judgment to determine the appropriate time/cost needed to complete marketing initiatives
• Source resources that will benefit the Marketing Team
• Attend and participate in Team meetings
• Assist others in the office with any requests outside of the job description for the betterment of the team
• Other Duties as assigned

• 2-3 years of WordPress experience required
• Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
